    • Must be certified in Wisconsin for 3.0 Turf and Landscape pesticide applicator.

  • Snow Removal

    • Must be available anytime, including weekends and holidays
    • Must have the flexibility to work anytime of the day, Snow removal hours can be very erratic
    • Must have prior experience if applying for an operator position, i.e. Bobcat, front end loader, salt driver or plow driver. Experience is a must
    • Must be a team player, who works well with others
    • Reliability is imperative, applicants must have reliable means of transportation and ability to get to work in adverse weather conditions

  • Hardscape Supervisor

    Position Purpose/Summary: Under the limited direction of the Landscape Construction Manager, supervises the work of personnel and oversees hardscape projects.


    Qualifications:

    • Valid WI driver’s license, insurable driving record, and ability to drive company vehicles
    • High school graduate or GED, 2 years supervisory experience
    • Ability to read architectural plans
    • Ability and knowledge of properly laying out and building hardscape projects- Paving, Decking, Retainage Walls, etc.
    • Ability to operate heavy equipment
    • Strong ability to lead, train and support crew members
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in computer design software and Microsoft Office products for bid spreadsheets, proposals, etc.
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Must be customer service oriented
    • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise, train and assign hardscape crews
    • Onsite supervision hardscape crews
    • Responsible for safety, equipment and materials needed for daily projects
    • Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in the field
    • Makes recommendations on personnel matters
    • Makes recommendations for the repair or replacement of equipment and vehicles
    • Work closely with Landscape Construction Manager
    • Ensure customer’s expectations are being met
    • Physical Requirement and Working Conditions:

    • Work is performed in an outside setting subject to weather conditions
    • Will require heavy lifting
    • Salary – dependent upon experience – $26.00 – $28.00 an hour to start
    • This position is a full time, year round job, Successful candidate will assist with snow removal operations during the winter months.

  • Concrete Finisher

    We are looking for an individual(s) with a strong knowledge of plan drawings, able to read and understand architectural, structural and civil drawings, knowledge of elevations and layout, ordering materials, scheduling, and an understanding of grades.


    Must have your own transportation to get to work. Work Monday – Friday some Saturdays


    Pay rate will depend upon experience. Snow removal positions available during the winter months.


    Job Type: Full-time


    Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 /hour


    • Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete, and waterproof or restore surface.
    • Build wooden molds, and clamp molds around the area to be repaired, using hand tools.
    • Check the forms that hold the concrete to see that they are properly constructed.
    • Chip, scrape, and grind high spots, ridges, and rough projections to finish concrete, using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, or hand tools.
    • Clean chipped area, using wire brush, and feel and observe surface to determine if it is rough or uneven.
    • Mix cement, sand, and water to produce concrete, grout, or slurry, using hoe, trowel, tamper, scraper, or concrete-mixing machine.
    • Mold expansion joints and edges, using edging tools, jointers, and straightedge.
    • Monitor how the wind, heat, or cold affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process.
    • Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth, and align them.
    • Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete, and move chute to direct concrete on forms.
    • Sprinkle colored marble or stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder over the surface to produce prescribed finish.
    • Waterproof or restore concrete surfaces, using appropriate compounds.
    • Wet surface to prepare for bonding, fill holes and cracks with grout or slurry, and smooth, using trowel.

    3+ years of concrete finishing work.


    Experience - setting elevations, form setting foundations, walkways, driveways, curb and gutter, steps, walls, ADA ramps.


    Experience - finishing concrete of all types broom finish, stamp finish, color concrete.


    Experience - grading, operating equipment bobcat, excavator.


    $20.00 - $25.00 AN HOUR DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE.

  • Lawn Maintenance Foreman

    $16 – $25 Depending on Experience


    M-F occasional Sat


    Coordinate a crew of 3-4

    May include hardscaping and/or softscaping


    Several years of experience as a foreman in landscape related work environment

  • Laborer

    $15 – $22 Depending on Experience


    M-F occasional Sat


    Working with a crew of 2-4 individuals


    May include hardscaping and/or softscaping


    Several years of experience in landscape related work environment a plus

  • Snow Shovelers

    Ongoing recruitment no specific deadline for applying


    $18 – $22 depending on previous work experience


    Winter hours are set by the snow event and are not steady, Winter work efforts impact the potential for employment in spring,summer, and fall.


    Report to work upon call of a snow emergency. Snow shovelers use shovels and snow blowers to clean customers’ properties during snow events. Work is done in teams, usually with a plow driver and one or two shovelers. Shovelers must be capable of working long hours during an event.


    Shovelers must be capable of lifting and shoveling for long periods of time in inclement weather. Employees must demonstrate by their work a willingness to be on time when called in for work due to an event.

  • Snow Plowers & Bobcat Operators

    Ongoing recruitment no specific deadline for applying


    $20 – $25 depending on previous work experience


    Winter hours are set by the snow event and are not steady


    Report to work upon call of a snow emergency. 


    Snow plowers use plow trucks, bobcats and front end loaders to clean properties during snow events. Work is done in teams, usually with a snow shoveler or two. 


    Plow drivers and equipment operators must be able to work long hours.


    Plow drivers and equipment operators must have a valid driver’s license and at least two years of experience in snow plowing and or equipment operation.


    Tests at the worksite are conducted.
